Chern number inequality and
stability of vector bundles

Abstract
The
Chern number inequality for stable vector bundles is
an important tool in the theory of uniformization. In
terms of the symplectic geometry, we will show that
this inequality is a consequence of the convexity result of moment maps image
in finite dimensional symplectic geometry, applied to
the Bergman kernel.
