Abstract

I will talk about an attempt to construct a higher-dimensional generalization of the space of conformal blocks. By using representations of smooth Deligne cohomology groups, I construct vector spaces associated with (4k+2)-dimensional Riemannian manifolds with boundary.  The vector space turns out to be finite-dimensional in the case of the standard (4k+2)-dimensional disk.
